(ग) और (घ) बेईमान ऐजेंटों और खाड़ी देशों में नियोक्ताओं द्वारा शोषण और उत्पीड़न की शिकायतों को देखते हुए सरकार ने उत्प्रवासन जाँच अपेक्षित (ईसीआर) देशों को पलायन करने वाली महिला कामगारों के हितों की हिफाजत करने के लिए अतिरिक्त उपाय किए हैं।

78. In addition, the government has taken further measures to safeguard the interests of Indian female workers migrating to ECR countries in view of complaints of exploitation and harassment of domestic sector workers by unscrupulous agents and employers in the Gulf countries.

इसके अतिरिक्त, सरकार ने खाड़ी क्षेत्र में बेईमान एजेंटों और नियोक्ताओं द्वारा घरेलू क्षेत्र के कामगारों के शोषण और उत्पीड़न की शिकायतों के मद्देनजर उत्प्रवासन जाँच अपेक्षित देशों को पलायन करने वाली भारतीय महिला कामगारों के हितों को संरक्षित करने के लिए और उपाय किए हैं।

79. (a) No. (b) In view of complaints of exploitation and harassment of the housemaids by unscrupulous agents and employers in the Gulf countries, the Government has taken additional measures to safeguard the interests of Indian female workers migrating to ECR countries.

(ख) खाड़ी देशों में बेईमान एजेंटों और नियोक्ताओं द्वारा घरेलू नौकरानियों के शोषण और उत्पीड़न की शिकायतों के दृष्टिगत, सरकार ने उत्प्रवास जांच अपेक्षित देशों को जाने वाली भारतीय महिला कामगारों के हितों की रक्षा के लिए अतिरिक्त उपाय किए हैं।
